Little baby Diamond will just about break your heart. This 6 month old pit mix puppy just wants to be a happy, normal puppy, but she doesn't quite know how. She's learning though! Diamond came to us with her siblings when they were removed from a terribly sad existence in a home in Newark. They lived in filth and squalor and were very neglected. Diamond spent several weeks getting healthy and strong and now, she's ready to meet a wonderful family. Diamond is so shy when she's one on one with you but she wants desperately to break out of her shell and let loose. She is so different when she's with other dogs and she would really benefit from going to a home with another dog or being adopted with one of her siblings. She is so incredibly sweet and loving, and she positively loves getting attention. Diamond will need basic puppy training but she is so gentle and calm, and she's a fast learner too. She would love a good home without a lot of commotion, no kids under 10, and where she will get all of the love, good care, and nurturing that she deserves. File#27273 5/18/17
