My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blanca could use a break. She's a 9 month old mix that has spent most of her life in a shelter. Blanca was adopted out awhile back but there were a lot of young kids in the family. Being an untrained puppy she knocked the 3 year old down and nipped at her. The family brought Blanca back to the shelter and she has been here ever since. Blanca needs a patient family that will take the time to love and train her. She's hyper always being in her kennel and needs to be shown positive ways to channel her energy. Blanca is a loving pup that just wants a family to call her own. Older kids are recommended.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
