This little lady has been through a lot, but she is a loving girl that is housetrained, crate trained and good with dogs. She is a quiet, sweet girl.
Tink. Tink a 6 year old little lady that has been a hard nut to crack. She came in to us very fearful, almost feral, and high heart worm positive. After months of heart worm treatment and foster love, she is now ready for adoption. The ways of the streets will always be with Tink. You can see it in her face. She is always hyper aware of her surroundings, has a worrisome look on her face and always, always, ready to run! Tink is a runner. If the door is open, that is it, she is gone. Luckily she comes back! Tink needs a special home with a fort Knox back yard, and a Tink proof front entrance. She has some baggage. Tink also has many amazing qualities. Once she does get to know you, she is loyal, loving, and wants to be by your side and in your lap. She is good with other dogs. She crates well and has good potty manners. She is not a yapper. We know this 7 lb cutie is a bit much to care for, but we are confident we can find her a good home with the love, and understanding along with vigilance, that she needs. Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. This dog is being fostered in the San Antonio area. Together with our Canadian Texas Chihuahua Rescue chapter, we collectively arrange adoptions and transport for our dogs and pups currently being fostered in Texas. Additional photos and videos will be made available to potential adopters upon approval of our online adoption application. Transport arrangements will be made upon application approval and completion of the adoption agreement.
