found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Buddy found his way into my friend's car back a couple year ago in Nashville. They called not knowing what to do with this dog that was covered in ticks and he was not getting out of their car. Buddy got along with the other dogs in the house and was interested in the kitties but didn't harm them but chasing was not cool.
Buddy made his way to us where he was neutered, started on HW prevention, etc. Buddy started training at East Tennessee K-9 and Dameon Berry said he was so smart and an absolute great dog. Buddy's dreams became a reality when my dear friend Judy V Miller adopted him into her family. Judy loved this baby with all her heart and Buddy was so gentle with her daughter who is in a wheelchair. The worst possible thing happened this weekend. Judy passed after having a massive heart attack last week. I picked Buddy up the day after Judy was taken to the hospital and Dameon was so nice to agree to let Buddy stay with them again for a short time to find him another forever home. Buddy cried off and on the entire trip to Dameon's and it broke my heart. He knew Judy was gone and his life as he knew it was over - listen she babied him like he was her birth child.
I am asking everyone to please come together and help to find Buddy the perfect home again. He hit the lottery once and I know there is another family out there that can make him part of their family. Transport is no problem anywhere in the United States and will be free of charge.
We will want reference and vet checks for this special boy as we want to make sure everything is perfect for him - he has been through loss already and we want to make sure this adoption is full of happiness.
Buddy is full of energy and a very young 4-5 years old (approximately) and a pit x-type boy. He loves everyone he meets and would love an active family. If we can place Buddy with the right person or family Damien will offer (5) 1 hour training sessions with his new owner and Buddy - once a week at $30 per week. Classes would be 1 day or evening per week for 5 weeks. Obviously that would require the new family to live in the surrounding Knoxville, Tennessee area.
Buddy is microchipped.
Please share far and wide. Buddy deserves to find the happiness he lived with Judy.
