My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Sprocket. I am a neutered male kitten who was born January 16, 2017. I almost weigh 5 lbs. I have a lot of personality in my little body. I love to poof up all of my fur and run around the house like a maniac, but who doesn't? Every time I spot one of my foster parents walking around, I feel compelled to chase after their feet. I have tons of energy, as most kittens do. I get along with people, but I'm a little mean to new cats at first and I haven't been around dogs. It usually takes me 5-7 days to get used to a new kitty and then I love to play with them! I would rather not go to a home with smaller children since I enjoy playing rough and they might not like that as much as I do. I need a forever human that doesn't mind watching a kitty stampede once in a while. Could that be you? Adoption fee: $100. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
