Max's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Max's Story...
Max was chained outside 24/7 since he was a puppy. Now that he has been rescued, he has blossomed into a wonderful, handsome, athletic, affectionate companion. Says his rescuer, "Max LOVES to be loved since he never has been; now he's eating it up. He's VERY affectionate; he loves to cuddle on the sofa with his foster mom. He's good with other dogs but has never met a cat. Because he never played as a puppy, he is learning now. He loves to go for walks. I believe he would be great with kids because he is so loving and innocent. I think he would be perfect in a family or with an athletic person who wants a dog buddy to run with or walk/hike with."
Max has a docked tail which he still manages to wag now that he's such a happy boy.
Check out max's BEFORE picture, the one where he is on the chain. Note the difference between that and his AFTER picture.
Please consider making Max's transition complete and give him the home he's never had.

To adopt Max, please contact Marcia at Max is a courtesy post.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Conyers Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Conyers, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
