Rascal is very smart but does need practice on the basics. He is currently in a 6 week class, with one class under his belt. His foster is beginning to teach him to ring the bell to go out, because if you miss his cues to go out, he will go inside. 6/22/17
At this time, we’re unsure how he’d do with kids, though he can be a little energetic so older children might be better (so as not to knock them over).
Additionally, while Rascal's foster home does not have a fence, it's believed he could jump/climb a standard sized fence, if motivated enough.
