Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Dolly Madison, I'm 28 years old. Okay, I know I'm really only 4, but in dog years, I'm 28! I have a big personality! Sometimes I'm really goofy and sometimes I can be really stubborn, but isn't that a woman's prerogative? I come from a big family, and I just can't seem to get along with my brothers and sisters anymore! I don't want to share toys, treats or how much attention I get from Mom and Dad. So I think It's time for me to get a place of my own! I mean a big beautiful girl like me needs lots of attention! I like to go on hikes, long walks, car rides and sometimes I just like to snuggle at your feet. I've never been around children or cats so I don't know if I like them or not. I do like other dogs, but please, just for once I would like to have my own persons who will give me all the attention I desire. I'm done with sharing!!! I'm very loyal, I will protect our home, and of course I always go to the bathroom outside as I am a lady! My crate training needs some work as my Mom did not work. My Mom and Dad are sad of course for me to be leaving but I told them sometimes all children must leave the roost.
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip with free lifetime registration! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit rescueonespringfield.com/adoption-application/ and fill out the form!
