My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Roomba. I move around the floor like a vacuum cleaner. I am a tri-pawd now but I didn't need that hurt leg anyway. Oh, nice to meet ya!

Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK?

Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am a little Fox Terrier/Terrier mix. Yep! It's true! I am 18 months old and I weigh 11 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered. YIKES! I am all set to go to live at your house. Uh, how about calling it “our” house, OK? Those funny-looking creatures, named humans, I think they are called, told me that they think that I am pretty darn cute. What do YOU think, huh?

Can you stand hearing more good stuff about me? I am an even-tempered boy. I am in tune to everything going on around me. I love play time with my pals and I love playing with toys. It's all fun!

You learned, above, that I had to have my front, left leg amputated. I'm 4 weeks out and doing very well. The pain is gone and I'm doing great!

Oh, how I would love to have my own home and some peeps to cuddle with and they could love me and take good care of me. That is my first dream! My second dream is all about treats and playing and romping with my new family. We could play catch in the back yard, throw a Frisbee, go for walks and do all the things good buddies do together. Ah, I can see it all now!

My foster family loves me SO much that she only wants me to fly to my new home even if a pet transport truck was available. I could be with you in a matter of hours instead of days and days on a truck. OK?

If you would like to take me home (and you know you do), please email puppalace2011@gmail.com and she can get me on my way to a new and loving home! My adoption fee is $650 USD and includes my vetting, neutering, microchip, health certificate, travel crate AND transportation on United Airlines from Houston, TX to areas in the Northeast U. S., North Central U. S., Northwest U. S., and Canada and will be arranged by the rescue group. (This is a courtesy posting.)
