Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet Colt is a 2-4 year old, 45 pound yellow Lab mix who was rescued from a high kill shelter in West Virginia. We can't believe this sweet wonderful boy was given up on by his family because he is so obedient and very polite. In fact, Colt could be described as the perfect gentleman!
He loves playing fetch and tug with his foster parents, and plays very well with the other dogs in his foster home. As a bonus, he knows some basic commands (sit, stay, and down), and loves to cuddle whenever he gets the chance! At night, he's content to sleep on his own doggy bed but wouldn't object to being permitted to sleep on the bed either. Colt appears to be house trained and is allowed to have the run of the house overnight.
If you would like to meet Colt, please go to our website at www.rescueahart.org and fill out an online adoption application for him.
