I'M ADOPTED Nora's Story...
******AVAILABLE 7/1******I will be in Yorkville IL awaiting my forever home :)

Hi Everyone,

I am a precious 1 year old German Shepherd baby and I am looking for a forever home.

I am the sweetest baby around and will make an excellent family member.

My previous owner did not want the responsibility of having a fur baby so I was surrendered to a high kill shelter which is where I was rescued from.

I have a great personality and disposition.

I am good with other dogs and children.

I will come (Spayed, current on vaccines, micro chipped, fecal, heart worm tested if age appropriate, monthly flea and tick prevented, a Complimentary vet visit and 30 days of medical insurance which continuance is highly recommended by our rescue.

Please contact for an adoption application or you may go directly to our site: to complete an application.

My Adoption Donation is $595.00

Thank you for considering me.

Please come and rescue me!!

If you are already in love with me you have the option of reserving/pre adopting after your application has been approved. Since I will not be in Illinois until Saturday it is likely I will be reserved/pre adopted before anyone has the opportunity to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

I'M ADOPTED Nora, a Oswego German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Oswego, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Oswego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oswego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oswego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oswego paves the way for another one to be saved.
