Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dewey is a sweet, remarkable old man. He is so grateful and happy to be rescued. Most off all he is loving all of the attention he is getting. Dewey is very loving and affectionate. He'll pull your hand back in to keep petting him when you stop and he will follow you around like a puppy. He is also playful and acts like a kitten. For years, he sat on a doormat waiting for help. He had many ear infections that caused his ears to fold. He has no teeth from poor nutrition and he got in tom cat fights that transferred the FIV retrovirus to him. Please get the latest research on FIV. A good site is www.langefoundation.org where they explain that the virus doesn't get transmitted through saliva or sharing dishes but through deep bite wounds. That's something that Dewey just would not do. Please give Dewey a call at 860-479-5173 or you can email him and set up an appointment to meet him.
