Gunner's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Gunner's Story...
Gunner is a very affectionate, sweet boy who loves to cuddle and go for walks. He gets along with other dogs, but would do best in a home without children under 12 years old. His former owner brought him to MACS because he does not like children. If you are looking for an adorable companion who has a lot of love to give, then Gunner is the dog for you! Gunner is 4 years old, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Adoption fee is $150. Please fill out the adoption application on our website at www.MACSshelter.org or visit the shelter during adoption hours, Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-3pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunner, a Detroit Norwich Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwich Terrier for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Norwich Terrier dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwich Terrier breeders who help with Norwich Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
