Barnaby - Adopted August 2017's Story...
Meet Barnaby!

Barnaby is an 11 week old (born mid-May 2017) Male DMH Tuxedo Kitten. He is house trained, up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered when old enough. Barnaby will fall under our Foster-to-Adopt Program.

Amber and her kittens Andy, Barnaby, Ella, and Evelyn made their way to our Rescue after they were dropped off at a Dog Rescue.

Barnaby is a very friendly, fluffy, energetic, playful guy that loves to climb and chase things and loves humans. He loves to be pet and to get into a little mischief now and then too! Barnaby would do well with another cat or small dog to play with.

Let’s find this baby and a forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barnaby - Adopted August 2017, a Huntsville Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
