I came to Last Day Dog Rescue with my siblings Chelsea, Clint, and Calvin. We really like our foster home. We came from the streets of Detroit and ended up in a shelter in Detroit. They took good care of us but it was a little confusing where we were. Our foster parents told us that kittens should grow up in a home where they are loved, but before we got to our foster home, we never have had a home. We have only known the shelter life because that is where we were born. Our foster parents say not to worry though because they are going to find us forever homes of our own and we won't ever have to go back to a shelter again!
I am a very friendly girl who absolutely loves people. I love other kittens as well and would love to be adopted with one of my siblings or to a home that has another cat that I could play with.
I use my litter box and scratching posts with no issues. I get along with other cats and kittens and dogs as well.
I am only six weeks old at the moment, but I am taking applications because in about two weeks I will get all my vaccines and microchip and I will be ready for a forever home of my own! It would be great if I could have a home lined up for when that happens!
If you would like to learn more about me you can email my foster mom at firstname.lastname@example.org
or if you want to adopt me you can complete an adoption application and come meet me!
Hope to meet you soon.
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal.
The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label.
Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.
