My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jethro was found hiding in a bush. He was bullied by other roaming dogs but stayed around because we would come out to feed them every day. He was mangy, almost hairless and very afraid. We just could not leave him behind.

Now he greets you with a big grin and the cutest tail wag dance. He can't believe his luck and shows his gratitude every day. Jethro is adorable. He always meets you at his kennel door with his squeaky toy in his mouth. Once you let him out he prances around with it, so proud. He loves to chase it when you throw a toy for him, but doesn't always want to give it back. He always makes sure he has his toy when it's time to go back in his kennel. He has an infectious, joyful personality. Jethro is ready to go into a foster home or better yet a forever home.

He is a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier mix, was born around 3/18/2014 and is now a little over 3 years old.

Please contact us if you have some room in your house and can show him what it is like to be an loved, inside companion pet. We will provide you with food, crate, collar and cover all medical costs.
