I am making this post for a friend of mine who has a one year old, 55lb, Bloodhound Black Lab Mix in need of a good family home.
He is very torn to part ways with his pooch, but he will be joining the military and does not want his dog to inevitably be put down.
The dog's name is Gunter, is totally up to date on shots, has been fixed, and is house/leash trained.
Very sweet and playful with a happy personality.
He is used to being walked and interacted with and because he isn't just some stray that needs to be rid of, but is very loved, a fenced yard or large property preferred, not to become a neglected dog tied to a tree.
