Patrick's Story...
Hi my name is Patrick, what's yours? My story starts off kinda interesting...I was born in a car! My mama was living in some lady's house and when she went into labor the lady said she had to leave immediately. So we were all born in the car on our way to our foster moms house! Pretty unique right? We are all very sweet kittens and take after our moms loving personality. Each one of us as sweet as sugar (or something like that, the humans say sugar is sweet). We are all ready and looking hard for our forever families. Can you maybe give me one of those? I sure hope so! Love and purrs, Patrick

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patrick, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
