My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**PLEASE READ TO THE END FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
This little lady has a beautiful attitude, despite having a rough start. Everyone meet lovely Spirit! Are you looking for a loving, cuddly gal? Look no further than Spirit!
Spirit is 6 years old, 9 lbs, and a long hair chihuahua mix. Spirit was owner surrendered to our local shelter. She came to us infested with fleas and had obviously been living outdoors. She has thin hair due to her scratching at flea bites and her hair will be thick and beautiful in no time. Spirit is still adjusting to all the changes she's going through. She is a shy lady learning the ropes of being a loved pet. The first thing she figured out was that cuddles are awesome and sleeping in the human bed is the best thing ever. Spirit LOVES to cuddle and stays put all night long. She has been known to try to steal your pillow :) . Spirit is showing us who she is a little more every day. She is looking for a quieter household who can continue to help her blossom into a happy, loved lady. Apply to adopt Spirit at www.texaschihuahuarescue.com
