Felix's Story...
Please enjoy the video of our adoptable felines. These four precious little pocket pets were born March 24th. They are being fostered in a Weeki Wachee home with a 120 lb German shepherd, a 70 lb. Pit bull, a 12 week old husky pup, and one adult cat. They have been very well socialized with these pets along with many children. Each pup has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. There is an $85 adoption fee to help reimburse our medical expenses. Our policy forbids declawing. If you are interested in adopting, please contact kathisk9sfl@gmail.com to request an application. Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicants.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felix, a Weeki Wachee Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Weeki Wachee, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Weeki Wachee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Weeki Wachee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Weeki Wachee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Weeki Wachee paves the way for another one to be saved.
