Sandy is a 70 lb Irish Terrier who was rescued from a bad hoarding situation. She had a severe case of mange due to neglect. She was treated for the mange her hair is just a little slow to grow back but we still think she is adorable. Maybe it is because of her charming personality! She is an absolute sweetheart of a dog who was clearly neglected by her previous owners then tossed out. Sandy didn't let that affect her attitude though she is still as sweet as can be. She is housebroken already and does good with cats and other dogs. All that's missing for Sandy now is a little hair and a loving family!
