sweet_CLEMENTINE's Story...

COURTESY POSTING FOR STAF: "Darling Clementine!" Born in February, 2007, Clementine is a sweet, little girl currently residing at Save the Animals Foundation (also known as STAF.) STAF is a no-kill shelter with a physical building where you can visit during adoption days. Normal Adoption hours are Thursdays 6-8 pm and Saturdays 1-4 pm. Please call
561-STAF to verify hours for the week and get directions to STAF's shelter. Adoption fees are $85 for cats (includes carrier.)

Clementine is a little shy when you first meet her but loves to play with little toys and chases them around the room with total abandon. She also gets along well with all the other cats in her room, a true mark of achievement in the cat world!

This pretty tri-color tabby girl also has the CUTEST little chirpy voice that makes her all that much more endearing. You will love this sweet, multi-colored kitty!

We encourage you to go to STAF & ask about visiting Clementine.

IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!: We respond to ALL emails so if you don't hear back, check your SPAM folder.

Please visit Clementine's full set of photos on the main website for Foreclosure Cats. Click on the 'cats' category to see PDF files with photos of each cat. The available (still adoptable) cats like Clementine have a lillac background on their profiles.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

sweet_CLEMENTINE, a Cincinnati American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
