Dylan's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dylan's Story...
Hi, my name is Dylan. I got sick when I was very little and my eye scarred because of the illness. Don't worry, I can see light out of it and I see perfectly with my other eye. The eye specialist said I don't need any meds or surgery.

From my foster mom:
Dylan is a 14 wk old orange tabby who has it all. He is sweet, playful and loves attention. He will cuddle when he is tired and purrs almost constantly. He has not been around dogs but will probably be ok with a calm dog that is introduced slowly. Would probably be fine with another cat. He is a spunky little guy who will be a great addition to your family.

Adoption fee of $125 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, FIV/FELV test and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.

Please email Lowcountryanimalrescue@ymail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dylan, a Mount Pleasant Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Mount Pleasant, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Mount Pleasant.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Pleasant already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Pleasant breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Pleasant paves the way for another one to be saved.
