Chester is a handsome purebred Basset Hound who is looking for a forever home to call his own. Chester came to us after his former family was not prepared to add a new dog to the household, and their son brought Chester home one day. Thankfully, the family was able to find out about Lovebugs Rescue through the OC Shelter Intervention program.

Chester is 1 year old and weighs 41 lbs. This boy is perfection! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, new people, kids, and cats. He is house trained in his current foster home and walks beautifully on lead. Chester will make a perfect addition to a true Basset Hound lover!

Adoption fee is $400 and that includes his neuter, registered microchip, vaccines up to date and deworming. We will only consider applications on file, so please complete one at www.lovebugsrescue.org
