Theodore's Story...
This sweet boy is Theodore. He is a 14 week old lab/shepherd mix who weighs 20 lbs but will be about 60 lbs when full grown. Theodore was found abandoned along with his other litter mates.

Theodore loves to play! He enjoys playing with toys as well as other dogs. He loves to play chase and run around the back yard with all his fur siblings. Theodore is good with other dogs and kids. He has not been around cats but he is young enough that he can learn to love cats too. Theodore is really smart and has already learned to sit and come when called but would love to learn more tricks!

Theodore would like an active home where he is given lots of love and daily exercise. He loves to go on walks around the neighborhood. He also needs a home that is prepared to have a puppy and raise him with patience so he can become a good adult dog. He would be fine as an only dog as long as his forver family has time to spend with him.

Theodore is crate and leash trained. He is still young so he does still need assistance with house training but he is doing well in his foster home.

Theodore is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his shots. His adoption fee is $140.

If you would like to adopt Theodore and make him a part of your family, please fill out an application and contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Theodore, a Oklahoma City Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Oklahoma City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Oklahoma City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oklahoma City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oklahoma City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oklahoma City paves the way for another one to be saved.
