My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a female blind Double Dapple Dachshund mix. I was found in the Streets of Amarillo TX as a stray. I have survived pneumonia and I am healthy now. I was born with no left eye and can see shadow with the right eye. I don't know that I am blind and have really sharp hearing .Family and pet friendly. Please understand my limitations, for I will bounce around until I know my surroundings. I am house and doggie door trained. I DO NOT DO CRATES AT ALL. If you have room in your heart for me and my quirks, then I am ready to snuggle with you and take over your bed.
