Facts about Belle

  • Breed: Dutch Mix
  • Color: Agouti
  • Age: Baby
  • Size: Dwarf
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Breed: Dutch lionhead cross
Size: Mom is about 5 pounds, so I'm guessing these guys will be about that.
DOB: Born 4/3/17
Reason in Rescue: These babies were born in a feed store to one of their "Easter bunnies" for sale. Luckily a concerned citizen took them from the store and fostered them for us until we were able to take them into the rescue. We've watched them grow up but they are getting ready to find new homes!
Personality: These guys are all very friendly. They like people, don't mind being held and are very outgoing. They are not litter trained yet because they are not spayed/neutered but that will come when they are.
Friends: The girls can be adopted out in pairs or singles. They cannot be bonded to another different bunny until they are spayed.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $75 with a $50 refund when we receive proof by the adopter that these guys are spayed. Adopters will sign a spay contract, meaning they will be spayed around 6 months of age, NO EXCEPTIONS. Adopters must provide proof that they do spay/neuter their own personal animals.

About Judge's Park

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small animal rescue located in western Pennsylvania, within driving distance of cleveland and Pittsburgh. We specialize in guinea pigs and rabbits, and other small creatures. We are here for all of those guinea pigs and rabbits that are in desperate need of a home, whether that be from neglect or abandonment.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are near New Castle PA, north of Pittsburgh, and near eastern Ohio. Appointments must be made before hand by phone or email.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters will be fully screened and must fill out an application and come meet the animal they wish to adopt. No animals will ever be shipped. For guinea pigs, we request an adoption donation of $20 for one and $35 for a pair; fees for rabbits are usually $60 for spayed/neutered rabbits. Animals must be returned to Judge's Park if adopter cannot take care of adopted animal.
