Mylo's Story...
Mylo #7500 is a 3-year-old male, Standard Poodle mix. This young man is very sweet an loves attention. He is crate trained and well mannered. He is good with other dogs and cats. He does great on the leash. He enjoys going outside for a walk or just hanging out in the back yard. He is seeking a home with a fenced in back yard. He prefers canned food. He is not sure about stairs yet but a little coaxing will go a long way. He will be a dog that will have to get groomed and clipped, he does not shed but does need upkeep for his coat. He weighs 55 pounds and is fully grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mylo, a Waldorf Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Standard) for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
