Titus's Story...
We would like you to meet Titus!

Titus is a very handsome 4 month old Great Dane mix! Titus and his brother were saved from a high kill shelter and now are looking for their forever. Titus is good with other dogs, cats and kids. He is working on house breaking and crate training but will need his forever home to continue to teach him. Titus would love an active home that will play and exercise with him.

If you have room in your home and heart for Titus, please visit www.because4paws.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Titus, a Oxford Great Dane puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Oxford, or seeking a Great Dane puppy from a breeder in Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
