Hi, y'all - I'm Edgar or my foster Dad calls me Eddie sometimes too! It is nice to meet you! My previous owner surrendered me to animal control in northern Virginia with little information about my history. I'm a 10-year-old, 24-pound adorable buff-colored cocker spaniel. The rumor at the shelter was that I was an indoor pet until about six months ago, when I ended up outside. I don't know about cats or kids but my foster Mom thinks I would be fine with them.
Ohhhhh please check out my video here- to show you just how sweet I am! I get along with my four foster fur-siblings, and I'm learning to use the doggie door, but I'm already crate-trained. I love toys and balls, too! I ride nicely in the car and walk well on the leash.
I have something called "heartworms." I'm happy to report that OBG will sponsor my $1,500 treatment to ensure that all those pesky heartworms are killed and that I can live a long, full life with no side effects. I'm still available for adoption, so don't let that worry you.
Come on and pick me! If you can adopt me, please email my foster family at the link below to find out how to come pick me up.
