A fun-loving, happy-all-the-time, glass-is-half-full kind of dog looking for someone who loves to laugh and play around. Must have a great sense of humor. Will need a home that is knowledgeable of northern and herding breeds. An adopter that has time to teach and train a young dog. Needs to be provided with an outlet for his boredom: daily walks, entertainment in the form of stuffed chew Kongs, puzzle and many chew bones to keep him occupied and content while you are away for the day! Northern breeds are beautiful dogs but are also a challenge. Fenced in yard required. Adopter must be willing to install a hot wire system to assist in containment. Their management and upkeep can be very demanding. They can be destructive and hard to contain when their needs are not met. They will need excessive amounts of exercise and stimulation to be kept happy. Life of the party kind of dog! Thanos will definitely grab your attention to remind you that he is around! Thinks everything is fun, interesting and meant for play, especially you. Anything you do, he will want to do, too. With his own brand of surprises, life with Thanos will keep you constantly on your toes, and the fun is guaranteed.
I haven't been formally cat, kid or dog tested. I am a young pup and am expected to pass with flying colors but to be on the safe side just ask the kind staff members of OHS and they'd be happy to administer the test and evaluate how well I do!Adoption fee includes: -Microchip (dogs only) -Age Appropriate Vaccinations -Parvo test for puppies -Spay/Neuter -Treatment for fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites -Heartworm test if old enough. Prevention if negative.
Act quickly to adopt Thanos. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
