Welcome Piper!
We love dogs like Piper - a typical shelter dog, sometimes overlooked but so deserving of a home. This 18 pound (full grown!) delight is an active, inquisitive little girl who was found as a stray because no one wanted her. She's very friendly and eager to please, she likes to sit on your lap and be close. Piper walks well on a leash but she enjoys being outside so she can run - so she will require a fenced in yard so when can explore her world while being safe. Piper is crate trained and house trained and will make a great addition an an active family who will give her the exercise she needs to be the best companion she can be. Piper is spayed and up to date. All she needs is a family to call her own

When funding allows, we will target special needs dogs and those who require a little more time and care with our foster families. Our volunteers will assist a prospective adopter find the best companion for their lifestyle.
Our rescued dogs are brought up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, temperament tested with dogs, cats and children, and then placed in pre-approved permanent homes.

Come Meet Our Pets...

As a foster-based organization we have no physical facility and exist solely on the generosity of volunteers and foster families. Meet and greets will be arranged with a prospective adopter and the foster family.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested in meeting one of our dogs? We have an easy Adoption Application which will help us determine a good match for your family and your lifestyle. We require two references and the name of your current vet if you have a resident dog. A home visit will be arranged for a "meet and greet", and if all goes well your new companion will join you soon.
