My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ULYSSES is a two-year-old white and grey male cat. Ulysses was surviving on the streets in an inner-city neighborhood. This poor boy was beat up, flea infested, very thin, and with a serious abscess on his foot. We couldn’t give him enough food, and he slept for a week, rarely leaving his cat bed (which he loves!). Now that he’s safe, with plenty of food and in much better health, this boy loves to carry on a conversation with you! Ulysses is very affectionate and friendly, and when you open his cage door, he struts right up to spend some quality time with a friend. We suspect Ulysses is going to make an excellent feline companion; come meet him and see if you agree!

At PAAWS RI, all of the cats that come into our care are spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, microchipping, testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and a fecal test.
