Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Monique is a 7 year old schnauzer/shih tzu mix. She weighs just over 20 lbs.
Monique still has plenty of energy but might prefer more mature canine companions at this stage in her life. She gets along with other dogs and cats but will let younger dogs know when she's had enough of them. Monique is crate and potty trained and so far not much of a barker. She has been friendly with every new person she has met and did great for the vet. We have not had her around any new children but she has lived with kids for most of her life. Monique likes to be next to you but not on you. She knows sit and lay down but still needs to work on not pulling on leash. Overall she is a great little dog who would do well in a variety of different homes.
