Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sophia is a fun, sweet and lovable two-year-old, 60-pound, black and white female terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
This wonderful dog knows the command sit and takes treats extremely gently from your fingers. Sophia is very playful and absolutely loves toys.
Sophia grew up in a home with a single mom and her six children ranging in age from one-year-old to 14. So, she is incredibly well-socialized and easy-going. When her care became too much for the woman, she decided to let Sophia and their other dog go.
Sophia is great in the car and lovely on leashed walks. After she settles in to a new home and she adjust to a new schedule, she is housebroken as well as crate-trained.
Sophia loves to play ball and play with other dogs.
To meet and possibly adopt Sophia, please contact Joanne at 630-231-6860 or Sue at sjsindelar@gmail.com or 630-964-8535.
She is very healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm-tested. Her adoption fee of $250 benefits the rescued pets of Cry For Help Rescue. She is currently being kenneled in West Chicago, Illinois, and would love to get out of the kennel and into a loving home.
