Mimi's Story...
Mimi and her siblings were rescued by a kind woman in her yard. She is about 8 weeks old now and ready for a home of her own.

The adoption fee for this kitten is 130.00 which includes Spay/neuter and age appropriate vaccinations and testing for felv/fiv.

If the kitten is not 2 lbs yet, they cannot go home with you until they are. Kittens usually reach 2 lbs approx the age of 8 weeks. Once a kitten reaches 2 lbs, we get them spayed/neutered, and then you can take them home.

This kitten will be available at our site adjoining Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital at 1400 Main St (actual GPS address 989 main), Sayreville NJ 08872. This is at the T intersection of No. Ernston Rd and Main St. Open Sat & Sun, 11 to 4:00. Directions are on our site.

For more info, please email Amy at amra444@msn.com but please do not email to say you want this kitten. If you want to adopt, just come to the adoption center mentioned above, at the time mentioned above and you can fill out an application then for this kitten. ***Please note - we do not ship/transport our cats/dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mimi, a East Brunswick Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
