My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bane is a Blue Merle, 5 Year old Great Dane. He was dumped off at this rescue a year ago, heartworm positive, emaciated, and flea and tick infested. He is now 100 % better. He is neutered, up to date on all of his vaccinations, heartworm, flea, tick preventative and mirochipped.

I fell so in love with Bane I had to commit to making him well again. Bane is a wonderful and Magnificent Great Dane. He is extremely loveable, great with all dogs except dominant males or dominant females and is not happy being around hyper small dogs. Bane also would prefer a home without Cats. Despite his preferences in furry friends he is GREAT with people and children of all ages. He can even say "I Love You"! and can high five, heel, sit and down.

Bane needs a home where he can be the center of attention and someone that can take him for long walks. He loves to go for leisurely strolls, and rides great in the car. He also Loves to play Soccer!

I had contemplated keeping Bane but due to his dislike with other dominant dogs and puppies I feel that with the constant, comings and goings of different dogs that this rescue has to take in, Bane really needs to be in a more stable and settled environment catered just for HIM.. He deserves The BEST and I intend on finding him his very own, forever home. Experienced Dane or Large Breed Owners Preferred.

If you feel you can offer this beautiful Dane the home he deserves Please Email:luvgermansheps@yahoo.com
