Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Easy Going Kind of Guy!
Say hi to MAC, a very handsome 10 year old, 28 to 30 pound, black/white Beagle boy who has just finished his heartworm treatment and is now ready for the next step of his new life, a forever home!
Mac is laid back and likes to hang with his humans. Mac is house trained, crate trained, gets along with dogs and cats. Mac did very well through his heartworm treatment and is in good health. Mac has a heart murmur, but it doesn't seem to bother him and the doctor said he's doing fine. It would need to be monitored, but he's in good health otherwise.
Mac's forever home wishes:
Single person, empty nesters or a family with older children
Another dog for companion, or not.
Fenced yard or not. He would love to go for regular walks so he can be with his humans
Medium crate because he does like to go in and snooze
Mac is a great boy and has been a joy to have around. He's mellow, but very good and now that he's feeling better, he's showing more interest in what's going on. He would make a great addition to any family; he's very sweet and gentle.
If you would like to meet Mac, let your adoption counselor know so a meet and greet could be arranged. Mac looks forward to meeting you.
NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).
