My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Misty is a female Maltese/Poodle mix about 6 years of age. She is a sturdy little dog weighing 9 lbs. Misty has a soft white, somewhat curly coat of non shedding hair. Her coat was matted so she is sporting a short, summer hair cut. Misty was rescued from a large southern CA shelter where she entered as a stray. At the shelter, Misty greeted us by waving her front paws to get our attention. She is very social, excellent inside the home, super friendly, and great with people of all ages. She gets along nicely with other small dogs although she would be happy as an “only” pet as long as her owner had time to enjoy her company. Most of all Misty enjoys cuddling or just being next to a person. She adapts quickly to new surroundings and is agreeable with just about anything. Misty is a very friendly little dog and will make an outstanding choice for a companion pet. She is ready to meet her new forever family!
