Quinn's Story...
Mean streets no place for this nice guy!!

Wow, what a life I've led in my short two years. Growing up in the city streets is really tough. Always searching for my next meal, constantly looking over my shoulder to make sure I'm out of harms way, looking for shelter when the weather gets real bad...

I am so lucky that a nice lady found me and brought me to PAWS. While I miss the other cats I used to run around with, the streets are not the place for me as I am just a super nice cat. What I want is a nice home with a loving family who will cuddle and play with me. And if they have other good natured cats, all the better. Oh, and I love kids, too!

I am neutered, up to date on all my vaccines and just want to find a home that I can call my own, especially since I've never had one.

Will you take me home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quinn, a Norwalk Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
