Nate's Story...
Nate was found on the side of the road just waiting. Now, safe and sound at the shelter, he's ready to meet you and go home with you today. He is a very sweet boy, never meets a stranger and very smart. Nate is 1 year old and neutered, we believe a German Shorthair Pointer/Terrier mix. He has a wonderfully sweet personality, is good on a leash, well mannered and we think has had some housetraining! Great dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nate, a Reeds Spring German Shorthaired Pointer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Reeds Spring, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Reeds Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reeds Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reeds Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reeds Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
