Jessica Kitty tries to be a good kitty. She is gentle and sweet with a pretty face. She doesn't interact with other cats a lot, but she is ok with the other cats at her foster home. She was adopted as a kitten from All Paws Rescue. When she was adult she lived with an adult dog and used het litter box. However, as she got older, she didn't like to use a wet box, and the family only had room for one litter box. Working with her vet, a larger litter box and unscented litter was found, her mistakes were cleaned up, and she because a good litter box user again. Then her dog friend died, and a puppy was added to her home. The puppy's kennel was placed at the top of the stair and her one box could only be placed at the bottom of the stair, so she had to always use her box where the puppy was watching her. When she started to soil in quiet parts of the house, the family would no longer keep her.

At her foster home, she has been a good girl and used her boxes. She had a UA check - normal, so she does not need special food. I think if she is an only cat and can have at least 2 litter boxes, she will be a good cat.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fee for dogs is $125 and $90 for cats, regardless of whether the pet is a pure breed or a mixed breed. All of our pets are Vet checked for health, spayed or neutered, wormed, up-to-date on all vaccinations and micro-chipped. Dogs are tested for heartworm, treated if necessary, and placed on preventative. Cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV. All injured pets receive any treatment or surgery needed to restore them back to good health!
To adopt a pet from All Paws, or to find more information on one of our pets, visit us at any adoption event, e-mail us at adopt@allpawsrescue.info, write us, or call us on the PAWS Line at 636-288-2999. Because we are a foster home network, we make efforts to meet adopters at times and places convenient to all involved. We do ask potential adopters to first complete a pre-adoption form, for the purpose of ensuring your compatibility with a pet, as well as your eligibility to own a pet. After the pre-adoption form is reviewed and OK'd, we require adopters to complete an adoption contract. We do not discriminate against anyone for reasons of race, religion, politics, gender, or sexual orientation; but reserve the right to refuse adoptions based on the information we interpret from these forms, with regard to legalities, and the pet's needs or requirements. We try very hard to make every adoption, a happy and satisfactory one!
