Libby is one of our "country club kitties" who spent their formative months as wild kittens foraging for yummy dinner scraps. Unfortunately this kind of lifestyle carried a big risk, as it meant they were also living among foxes and near a busy highway. They were quietly captured and whisked off to a majestic kitty castle (OK, it's the shelter, but we can call it what we want to). Since then, Libby has grown into a lovely young lady who knows deep down that humans won't hurt her, but just can't bring herself to get close to one of us. She stays close when we have treats, though! With some one-on-one time, a patient soul could work with Libby and gain her trust. But until then, she will gladly earn her keep by keeping your castle mouse-free!
