As his foster mom, my favorite thing about CASH may be his willingness to drop for a belly rub absolutely anywhere! I must say the list of his lovable qualities is endless. CASH is happy to see absolutely everyone. He is instantly friendly with strangers. This 2 year old boy has a contagious joy for life. He adores all toys and can self entertain for hours playing with them. He frequently empties the toybox, has a blast, then curls up for a long nap. CASH also thoroughly enjoys hours of sunbathing, car rides, and walks around the neighborhood. He is a perfect traveling and/or hiking companion. He trots in his crate willingly at mealtime and when the humans are leaving home.
CASH is very smart and curious about everything the world has to offer. I think he would excel in obedience classes and possibly even agility. He soaks up affection like a sponge and has an endless supply of adoration to give you in return. CASH takes correction extremely well, but still needs a little work on what things he is allowed to explore and what things are to be left alone. However, he is light years ahead of a young puppy in this department. CASH knows to potty outside and mastered the dog door here in all of 3 minutes. This big hunky goof is sure to keep a smile on the face and joy in the heart of his forever family for a lifetime!
CASH is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
His $450 adoption fee includes his interstate health certificate and transport to the New England area after he is adopted.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
