Yo! Dude! Ya I'm talking to you! Come over here and check me out! Yes, my name is Marbles, but don't let that fool you. I'm one tough dude. I'm about four years old and let me tell you, I've had about just enough of this adoption centre. Get me outta here! I really am cool and laid back - even though I don't always show it. Ya, I might swat you every now and then and I can be a bit grumpy, but it's only because I really just want to find my own home. The volunteers are all trying their best to get me to come out and play, and I really want to, it's just those other cats. Man, I really don't like them. As soon as I hear them, I get angry. When I do come out, I'll admit it - I like to play with the pink feather thing. And I like to sit by the door to the bird room and listen to them. Hmmm... wonder what would happen if I ever got in there with them? Just kidding! It would be great if my new home had a big window so that I can watch and listen to them. Oh, and I love Temptations treats! Load me up with those and I'm a happy camper. Ok, so you already know I don't like cats. Dogs?? No way!! Keep them away from me too. I went to a home once with a dog and it terrorized me! No thanks, no way - keep them away from me! So when we do hook up and I go to your home, you'll just have to be patient with me and don't get angry if I give you the odd swat. You know I don't mean anything by it. I just need to learn to trust you, but I will, I promise! I lived with an awesome foster dad and we got along great. It's probably best that it's just us though and no kids, just in case I accidentally give them a swat.
The reason I'm a bit angry too is because my previous owner moved away and left me in a carrier in the apartment. Can you imagine? Who does that? Then I went to the house with the dog. We already talked about that - no dogs for me.
