This very handsome boy is looking for a home to call his own. Biscuit was surrendered to Lovebugs Rescue by a family who purchased him from a breeder, but was not able to make time for their new puppy. So Biscuit spent most of his time in a crate.

Those days are over and Biscuit is now out and about making up for lost time! Biscuit is an 8 month old; 18 lb Maltese mix who has a very docile and sweet personality. Biscuit enjoys meeting new people and other dogs and walks well on leash.

Biscuit has a very fine soft coat and will require regular upkeep and grooming. He is going to make a great addition to a family looking for a great dog!

His adoption fee is $400 and includes his neuter, vaccines up to date, registered microchip, deworming, grooming and flea treatment. Apply to meet Biscuit at www.lovebugsrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Biscuit, a Irvine Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
