Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bagel, the Beagle mix!? Bagel is a loving and playful little rascal who was found wandering in the Heights. Since he was living out in the wilds of Houston, he had to go through heart worm treatment, but has done very well! He weighs in at a lean 28 pounds and is about 15-16 inches tall.
Bagel is a very thoughtful pup who has only had 1 accident in the house (was on steroids at the time), but otherwise is very well behaved. He likes having a crate to go in and hang out, and will stay in it when you're gone, but prefers to be left out. He's quite well mannered, but if flip flops are left out, he's pretty tempted to use them as a chew toy! He listens well and will come to you when called (very impressive for a Beagle!).
Bagel is a little nervous about getting into a car, but once in, has done really well on road trips. He loves walks and sniffing around in the yard, playing fetch and tug, and wrestle time with his foster siblings, as well as some cuddle time with his humans (he can't get close enough!). He definitely prefers sleeping and cuddling on the bed with his humans at night too. He gets along well with other dogs, hasn't been around cats, and loves kids. He would do well with other pups, or as the center of all affection and treats.
Bagel is really sweet, loving, and adventurous pup, and will be such a fun addition to loving home!
