Hi, my name is Dutch. I am a very confident, well mannered boy. I get along with the other dogs but i mostly choose to play alone. I get along with people and know how to greet them appropriately. I would make a wonderful service dog for someone looking for a companion that could go anywhere with them. I walk well on the leash and will follow my handler without a leash. My only flaw is, i am toy possessive but, other than that, i am quite the gentleman.

About City of Cameron

About Our Shelter...

The City of Cameron is partnering with the Department of Corrections program Puppies for Parole. In Cameron, we have Western Missouri Correctional Center and Crossroads Correctional Center that we work with for the Puppies for Parole Program . ( ) The dogs are shelter dogs from the City of Cameron that are viewed as hard to adopt because of socialization/behavior issues. The dogs are then sent for basic obedience training (Canine Good Citizen) where the learn basic obedience training along with being house trained and kennel trained. The dogs are then adopted out to loving families who are looking for a dog to add as a member of their family.
