Claire's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Claire's Story...
Welcome Claire. She is a Catahoula/Heeler mix. She is an 11-month-old girl that weighs about 28 pounds. She is energetic and will be fun for an active family. I would say she would like a fenced yard so she can run off some of her energy. She likes other dogs and all people. She is a bit frisky for the younger kiddos so 7 and older would be our recommendation. She could be a great hiking companion, running buddy or any outdoor activity. She will need exercise daily to be happy. She is healthy, up on her shots, spayed, microchipped and ready for her forever home. She can be adopted on the East or the West Coast. Her adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185. Contact me at alicesavesdogs@gmail.com for an application.

Act quickly to adopt Claire. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Claire, a Pluckemin Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Pluckemin, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Pluckemin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pluckemin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pluckemin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pluckemin paves the way for another one to be saved.
