Say hello to Mira! This sweet girl and her siblings were born in a garage after their mother was abandoned outdoors. A kind family cared for momma and contacted us for help; the kittens were born June 5th and came to us just a few days later. They are now 5-weeks-old. Mira and her siblings are friendly, outgoing, and affectionate little kittens. They have been fostered entirely indoors and do well with their litterbox. They follow their foster mom around like puppies! Mira and her siblings will be available for adoption around August 5th, when they are 8-weeks-old and able to be vetted. They do well with kids, other cats, and dogs.

In order to adopt, we require that any current pets be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. The kittens' adoption fee is $75.00 to cover the cost of their vetting and care. Vetting includes spay/neuter surgery, a microchip, FIV/FeLV test, FVRCP vaccination, feline leukemia vaccination, fecal test, Strongid dewormer, a nail trim, and monthly Revolution for flea/tick/HW prevention. They will be due for their Rabies vaccination at 12-weeks-old.

All of our rescued animals are in foster homes being loved, nurtured, and evaluated by volunteers. If you would like to visit any of our adoptable dogs or cats, please email us and we can set up a time to meet after your adoption application has been approved.

Our Adoption Process...

If you are interested in adopting one of our rescued pets, please email us at All potential adopters must fill out an adoption application. Once your application is completed, please be patient. The application is processed by one of our volunteers who will email you back within a day to confirm that we received your application. The volunteer will then check with your veterinarian to make sure that all of your pets are/were up-to-date on their vaccines, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm prevention. The volunteer will call you to talk with you more about the pet that you are interested in adopting, and to make sure that you are a good fit. After everything checks out, we can set up a meet and greet with the dog or cat you are interested in adopting. Please only apply to adopt one of our rescued pets if you are willing and able to make a lifetime commitment to a pet. We give the highest quality of care to all of our fosters, and we have adoption requirements in place to make sure that all of our dogs and cats go to loving homes. We work very closely to match you with the right new family member. All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption fees are non-refundable. We require that you are at least 21-years-old and that you live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Michigan to adopt one of our rescued pets. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
